Advanced Practice Providers: A New Philosophy Of Patient Care
Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants are in a unique and important position to help in the management of Parkinson’s Disease patients, because they are ideally placed to act as a conduit between patients and their specialists, while providing both treatment and lifestyle advice to patients and their caregivers. And that’s important, because new strides in Parkinson’s Disease are being made every day. In this new program, divided into chapters for easier viewing, Dr. Larry Elmer and his panel of PD specialists will discuss the role of Advanced Practice Providers as valuable members of the healthcare team as we enter an age of new therapies, new research, and a new way of viewing the Parkinson’s Disease patient. This program is eligible for 2 CE Credits. |
